Why Do Bad Things Happen To Good People?

I am not religious but I just found this exchange so true, how can we grow and appreciate things if we don’t have hardships. I don’t love hardships by any means but I love how they allow me to appreciate the good stuff in life.

Just sharing a script I heard on a FB Reel today:

Lady: “ Why do bad things happen to good people?”

Religious man: “If one has faith, all things have meaning”.

Lady: “But why would a loving God allow these tragedies to happen? Does the Lord want us to suffer?”

Religious man: “I asked for strength and God gave me difficulities to make me strong. I asked for wisdom and God gave me problems to solve. I asked for courage and God gave me dangers to overcome. I asked for love and God gave me troubled people to help. My prayers were answered.”

Just wanted to share really… have a great day, no matter how shit or good you’re feeling.
